Hypnobirthing is a gentle, evidence-based approach to birth that helps you feel calm, confident, and informed throughout pregnancy and labour.

It’s about understanding your body, learning how to relax deeply, and letting go of fear—so you can approach your birth feeling prepared and in control.

Whether this is your first baby or you’ve had a previous experience you’d like to feel differently about, hypnobirthing gives you tools that truly make a difference.

What does Hypnobirthing involve?

There are a lot of myths around hypnobirthing, so let’s clear those up:

  • You are always in control (no one is “hypnotising” you)

  • It’s not about having a “perfect” or pain-free birth

  • It’s not only for home births

  • It’s not anti-medical or anti-pain relief

Hypnobirthing works with whatever path your birth takes.
